1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, company, email address, the services you’re interested in, your message, and a record of your consent with the date and time. We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you don’t include any in your message.

3. Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss a potential project, and keep a record of our correspondence. Our legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

4. Who we share it with

We share your data only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you:

• Web3Forms: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365): stores our business email.
• Vercel: hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards, as permitted under the PDPL.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if we start working together and the law requires us to keep business records. After that, we delete it.

6. Cookies & browser storage

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It uses one small item of browser storage (pukaw_last_enquiry) that remembers when you last sent an enquiry, to prevent spam. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with them. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict or object to how we process it
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before

To use any of these rights, email kumusta@pukawcollective.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the UAE Data Office.

8. Security

This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need them to reply to you.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
